First Polifibra trainee successfully completes training

17.07.2021 - Jennifer Eyerich has successfully completed her three-year training at Polifibra Folien GmbH to become an industrial clerk. The 29-year-old will now join the company as a permanent member of staff and take on a wide range of tasks. For Jennifer, who is the first trainee at Polifibra Folien GmbH, as well as for the Limburg based film specialist, a continued cooperation is in consequence both logical and economical.

The trainee from Kirberg appreciates the "great atmosphere" as well as the flat hierarchies of the company and sees her choice of profession and company proven to be correct beyond doubt. "Training to become an industrial clerk is very versatile and offers job opportunities in many areas. At Polifibra Folien GmbH I was able to get to know numerous departments and was directly involved in all areas of the company. My colleagues are always there to support me, no matter what, and I simply feel I'm in good hands here," says the industrial clerk. Polifibra Managing Director Andreas Spahn is also "happy and proud" to have successfully integrated Jennifer Eyerich, the first trainee in the company's history, and to have acquainted her with the daily operations at Polifibra. "However, we are even more pleased to continue the working relations with Ms Eyerich in the future and to continue to have her on the team as a reliable and competent member of staff", he continues.

Through in-house training Jennifer Eyerich received intense and practical training and has become familiar with all areas of the company, from order processing, dispatch, and production to work preparation and quality assurance. When speaking of her varied activities and "great training" the trainee particularly emphasises the organisational processes involved in shipping and customs processing, where gaining a great deal of background knowledge was key. Polifibra Folien GmbH and its first company trainee come to an all-round positive conclusion and look forward to continuing the working relationship. Polifibra also plans to offer more training opportunities within the company in the future.
