Once Again Polifibra Receives ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management

24.08.2024 - Polifibra Folien GmbH has once again been awarded the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATE by the TÜV Hessen for its internal quality management system. The ISO certificate has been part of the Limburg film specialist’s standard since the early 2000s. ISO 9001 is generally regarded as being the origin of all quality standards. It attests to a company’s consistently high quality of products and services and constitutes the basis for effective quality management.

ISO 9001 certification is renewed every three years and is also subject to annual spot checks. Key company processes and their documentation are certified in order to ensure a high standard of quality. The calibration of measuring devices and internal company processes are checked, complaint-handling procedures, to name but a few, are defined and orders - starting with the order receipt right through to the delivery - are carefully examined. In addition, various reports, such as a management review, a comment as to customer satisfaction or supplier evaluation, have to be prepared for certification. If deviations are found or documentation is missing, the certificate will not be issued by the TÜV.
