Jana Spahn – An Organisational Talent with Heart and Structure

31.07.2025 - Since June of 2024 Jana Spahn has been supporting the team, more precise the administrational team, of Polifibra Folien GmbH. The Kirberg resident is a breath of fresh air in administration and impresses with her remarkable organizational talent, high personal initiative and ever-positive charm.

After completing her vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade management at a large regional plumbing company, the 20-year-old made a conscious decision to join Polifibra due to the opportunity to work alongside her father, Managing Director Andreas Spahn. In his role as a father and because of the family situation, he had advised her to think carefully about joining Polifibra. The enthusiastic equestrian did so and has no regrets at all. Both father and daughter clearly distinguish between professional and private life: ‘At work, our relationship is strictly business but at home, we are family.’

Jana Spahn assumes a wide range of administrative tasks at Polifibra. Her main tasks include entering goods receipts, preparing weekly cutting plans for production and cooperating closely with the administration manager. She is also involved in key processes such as ISO certifications, customs clearance and entry certificates. She works in the area of ordering goods internationally as well and often has direct contact with suppliers in other European countries. In addition, Ms Spahn occasionally temps in sales, showing her adaptability and commitment.

Jana Spahn particularly appreciates the cooperative atmosphere between colleagues at Polifibra: ‘The working atmosphere is very pleasant, and every day I experience how helpful and open colleagues are with one another.’ Not surprising, as her positive nature and good humour also contribute to this positive environment. With her structured approach and being happy to tackle different tasks, Jana Spahn has already become a valuable asset to the Polifibra team and, in turn, serves as a good example of how private and professional paths can successfully be merged.
