Polifibra Folien GmbH is a synonym for innovative surface solutions and trend-setting technologies. For further development and market development of our in Germany unique plasma process for film treatment, we are looking for a committed and experienced Sales Rep (m/f/d) who is willing to actively contribute to the development of this new business division.

Future technology is chemical free

At Polifibra, we employ a state-of-the-art plasma process that doesn't need chemicals, produces no by-products and is significantly more energy-efficient than conventional processes. The technology improves adhesion of film surfaces without causing damage to them and renders materials more efficient, durable and sustainable. This approach is key to our goal of developing industrial processes that are both environmentally friendly and future-proof.

Your Job

As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for setting up and developing a new business division for our plasma process. Your role also involves actively acquiring new customers, opening up new markets and managing existing contacts, all with the aim of building long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include processing inbound enquiries, managing projects end-to-end with a high degree of structure and clarity, and presenting our technically sophisticated solutions to decision-makers and specialists.

Your Know-How

We expect candidates to be willing to travel within Europe and to work confidently in an international environment where an excellent command of English is essential. If you have at least three years' experience in sales, an existing network in the film and adhesive industries at your disposal, and excellent communication skills then Polifibra is were you need to be.
