’Employer of the future’ – Polifibra Receives Award in Frankfurt

As already reported in March of this year, Polifibra Folien GmbH has been named ’Employer of the Future‘ by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND). On July 12, 2023, the official award and seal of approval were presented by former Federal Minister of Economics and Technology and patron Brigitte Zypries at a networking event in Frankfurt am Main. Polifibra Managing Director Andreas Spahn accepted the groundbreaking ‘Employer of the Future’ award for the Limburg-based film specialist.

’Employer of the future’ – Innovative, Modern and Digital

The seal of quality is awarded exclusively to innovational companies with a clear digitalization strategy, systematic pursuit of sustainability goals and attractive working conditions. The assessing teams of experts from business and science pay particular attention to modern management and employee friendliness. The assessment includes flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or employee benefits as well as individual training and development opportunities to name but a few.
